MorphX (Free).

What is morphing? It's the process of one image transforming into another. What is MorphX? It's a free program that performs this process.

Drag two images to the document window, drag a couple of lines to indicate similar areas and MorphX does the rest. Watch as your first image is transformed into the other. Then save as a still image or a QuickTime movie.
